Originally built in 1843 as a Mansion House, this historic building has operated as a Business Centre for a number of years and has a mix of long-term and newer tenants.
The property was purchased in May 2022 and is now operated by Frui Vita Ltd who are the landlords and property manager.
The former mansion house is currently undergoing a programme of refurbishment and improvement in consultation with tenants, old and new.
This impressive hallway provides a relaxing space to greet visitors to the Centre.
Its sweeping staircase leads up to the five offices on the Top Floor as well as providing access to the Lower Ground Floor and out to the private garden area.
On this floor there are two toilets, one with disability access.
Our tenants enjoy 24 hour access to the Centre seven days a week, safe in the knowledge that the building is equipped with external alarm systems as well as keypad access to the foyer and beyond.
For your safety and security all common areas of the Centre are covered by CCTV which is remotely monitored. We are in the process of installing sensor-controlled lighting throughout the building and at the front and back doors.
Fire alarms and equipment are routinely maintained and tested on a weekly basis.
